Annals of Chinese Medicine (ACM) is a newly established peer-reviewed open access journal. Annals of Chinese Medicine is an interdisciplinary journal focusing on academic research and clinical studies in the field of Chinese Medicine. It aims to be a leading journal for studies in this field and to promote blending of among herbal medicine, acupuncture, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), and bio-medicine. The editorial board of Annals of Chinese Medicine is committed to publishing high-quality papers on acupuncture an open forum for various disciplines. Annals of Chinese Medicine is included in the LOCKSS/CLOCKSS archiving of PKP Preservation Network.
The journal covers all Chinese Medicine related topics, e.g. herbal medicine, mind-body medicine, Taichi, Qigong, meditation, as well as their integration with the conventional medicine.
Article types include, but are not limited to, reviews, meta-analyses, clinical trails, clinical protocols, basic science studies, papers on methodology and medical history or education, conference proceedings, and so on.
The journal also publishes quaterly special issues i.e. The Acupuncturist and Herbalist primarily includes non-peer-reviewed theory, hypothesis, case report and clinical experience, etc.
